Social Sustainability
Euronet demonstrates a deep commitment to engaging with social issues within its communities. Euronet has undertaken various initiatives and actively engaged in community events to create significant changes and champion positive impacts in the communities we serve.
Our endeavors to make positive impact within our communities revolve around three key social issues: the well-being and safety of our communities, prompt responses to global conflicts and crises, and restoration of areas devastated by disasters through reforestation.
Germany
The third and final Day of Caring in autumn 2025 was a special one. For the second time, the Day of Caring on the school holiday of Repentance and Prayer Day in Bavaria was aimed at both epaylers and their schoolchildren.
We were again accompanied by an environmental educator. In bright sunshine and frosty temperatures, we started with a walk to collect natural materials for our birdhouses. In the process, we discovered real natural treasures.
Back at epay, we continued with some creative work: empty oat milk cartons were turned into beautiful recycled birdhouses, and the children also painted bird feeders. After the work was done, everyone enjoyed lunch together and proudly admired the finished works on our gallery table.
The highlight? Seeing colleagues and their children get creative together, watching the children interact with each other and everyone having a wonderful time.
These projects were proof of what we can achieve together when we combine hard work, learning and the joy of giving back. Thank you to everyone who took part — your energy and enthusiasm made all the difference!

Germany
This holiday season, the epay team in Germany once again carried out the Wish Fulfiller Campaign under the motto: “Be an epay Wish Fulfiller — Bring Joy to Others!” This initiative is part of our global commitment to support people in need and local communities.
This year, our epay and cadooz colleagues in Germany had the chance to make a difference with personal gifts for clients of the social counseling centers of Caritas Munich South. These centers assist adults and families facing challenging life situations. Their wishes were written on tags and placed on beautifully decorated Christmas trees at our Munich office.
Employees selected wishes, purchased gifts, and wrapped them together in a warm, festive atmosphere. All gifts have already been delivered to Caritas, ensuring they reach the recipients in time for Christmas.
Impressive Results — A True Inspiration
- 2025: 71 colleagues from epay and cadooz fulfilled 90 wishes and donated gifts and vouchers worth €3,000.
- Over 6 years: about 240 colleagues have participated, donating gifts and vouchers.
These numbers show: Our participation and generosity keep growing — a wonderful success and a true Christmas miracle!
El Salvador
In 2025, we went the extra mile. Ria employees met and bonded with Teletón beneficiaries, getting to know their inspiring stories. Others shared personal testimonies, explaining why this cause was dear to their heart. It was a reminder of the powerful impact that a little help can have.
We raised funds for both Funter Teletón El Salvador and the TeletonUSA Foundation through in-store and phone-based donation campaigns at participating Ria locations. Thanks to our efforts and the generosity of our customers, we were able to raise enough funds to provide over 3,000 therapies for children with disabilities. We also contributed with a corporate donation of $35,000 to maximize our impact.
Sri Lanka
We have been partners with the Shanu Foundation since 2020. This humanitarian organization based in Sri Lanka provides assistance to the country’s most vulnerable people. Among those are the children of Sri Lanka.
Ongoing Project – Dreamers Schools
Together, we already built a Dreamers School in Mannar, Sri Lanka, back in 2023. Located in a rural area of the country, the school improved access to education for local children, all while creating several construction and teaching jobs. The project was so successful that we have started building a second Dreamers School in Batticaloa, Sri Lanka.
Germany
Once again, the X-Mas Tombola at epay Germany’s Christmas party was a highlight of the season! Participants had the chance to win exciting prizes from the sister company cadooz rewards and epay gift cards — all while supporting people in need within the local community.
This year, 700 tickets sold out in record time, raising over €3,400. Thanks to the generous support of our management team, the amount was rounded up and doubled to €7,000!
On December 11, 2025, Dr. Samareh Frantz, Managing Director Germany, presented the donation to Caritas Munich South, represented by Alexandra Hüller and Eva Häringer. Both expressed heartfelt gratitude, emphasizing how vital this contribution is as demand for social support continues to rise while resources remain scarce.
Caritas’ guiding principle is help for self-help: providing assistance in overwhelming situations so individuals can regain independence quickly.
Germany
For the ninth time, we had the opportunity to support BUND Naturschutz in maintaining and landscaping Magdalenenpark in Pasing.
After a tour of the grounds, the grass clippings were collected by the insect-friendly bar mower and taken to the compost heap. With a lot of muscle power, the existing compost was also rearranged and the blood-red dogwood was tackled.
After lunch together in the sunshine, our colleagues were allowed to work in the show gardens — watering, replanting and mowing.
It was particularly nice that colleagues from epay and cadooz rewards joined forces on this day. We had a lot of fun and are looking forward to the next assignment!
